Then, when you call to try and cancel the program, you can't get anyone on the phone, there is no method for leaving a message, and the original website offers no method for emailing or canceling electronically. For most, the last and only resort is to call their credit card company to have the charges blocked, which many times we instruct them to do when they call us.

 

We do everything we can to help the people who call us, exacerbated by the situation and skeptical about even pursuing a legitimate source of acai caps and freeze dried powder. But once they poke around our website and talk to us, they feel much better about ordering and enjoying our superior products and vastly superior service. As with everything, when evaluating the claims being made by a website, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Be wary of sites telling you that you will lose 30 lbs. in 30 days and other incredible - and completely false - claims.
